These terms apply to purchases from Nikhil Karve Photography ("we", "us"), a proprietorship based in Pune, Maharashtra, India, at our stalls and by order for pickup. This website shows our products and prices; it does not take orders.

Products and prices

Products are 3D printed. Small differences in colour, layer lines and finish are normal and are not defects.
Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and shown on this website and at our stall. The price on your bill is final.
Keychains contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3 years.

Orders and payment

Payment is by UPI (through Razorpay) or cash. An order is confirmed once payment is received.
For personalised name clickers, you are responsible for the spelling you give us. Please check it before paying.
UPI payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your bank details or UPI PIN.

Pickup, refunds and cancellations

Liability

Our liability for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that item.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
