Delivery & Pickup Policy

We do not ship or courier orders. You can get our products in two ways:

• At our stall: buy at an exhibition, fair or event and take it with you.
• Pickup in Pune: order on WhatsApp, pay by UPI, and collect from us in Pune at a time we agree. Ready-made designs are usually ready within 1–3 working days; personalised name clickers within 2–5 working days. We tell you when your order is ready.

Pickup address: B-003, Suvarna Rekha Shree Society, Near Navshya Maruti Mandir, Sinhagad Road, Pune 411030, Maharashtra, India. We share the exact pickup time on WhatsApp.

If you can't collect within 30 days of the order being ready, please contact us; we may cancel the order as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
